As part of our service to our clients we want to show that we are taking the necessary steps to protecting the personal data you may ask us to process or store on our systems. All customers that use our hosting services to process personal data will need to have a data processing agreement in place between themselves and FireFli if they are to comply with GDPR. The GDPR requires that all data processing carried out by a data processor on behalf of a data controller is carried out under a written agreement. You are automatically covered by this agreement when you take out hosting with FireFli and enter into a hosting aggreement. The Data processing agreement outlines the responsibilities of both FireFli (Data Processor) and Customer (Data Controller).
